On every high pass in the Tibetan world, strings of prayer flags flutter in the wind. Lung-ta — Wind Horse — carries blessings outward with each movement of air. Not to a single destination. To everywhere the wind reaches.

The LUNTA PRO takes its name from that logic. Not the summit assault. Not the single defining expedition. The accumulation of nights — the forest camp in September, the ridge site in a weekend storm, the meadow where you finally stopped checking your phone. A tent that goes where you go, as many times as you go.

The LUNTA PRO is Mobi Garden's most-carried tent. X-pole freestanding architecture, separate inner and outer construction, CompWeave™ 30D shell. No single feature defines the use case. The accumulated nights do.

Features

X-pole freestanding architecture

Inner-first pitch, fully freestanding on any surface; no terrain anchoring required during setup.

CompWeave™ 30D nylon-polyester fly, 2,000mm HH

Proprietary composite with higher abrasion resistance than equivalent-weight pure nylon; weld-bonded seam construction.

30D Ripstop Nylon floor, 3,000mm HH

Rated for ground moisture across multi-night camps; weld-bonded floor construction.

30 mph (13.5 m/s) wind-tested

X-pole dome distributes lateral load symmetrically; covers Force 6–7 conditions across three-season below-treeline terrain.

Nanomesh upper canopy, 30D solid high-wall perimeter

Mesh overhead ventilates; solid fabric at the base retains warmth and closes cold-air infiltration at ground level.

Inner-outer separate construction

Independent fly and canopy maintain a ventilation gap across all wind conditions, reducing condensation contact on the sleep surface.

2P and 3P configurations

Same pole architecture and pitch sequence in both; 2P from 3 lb 11 oz (1.67 kg) / 13.8×5.5×5.5 in (35×14×14 cm) packed, 3P from 4 lb 1 oz (1.83 kg) / 14.2×5.5×5.5 in (36×14×14 cm) packed.

FAQS

When would I choose LUNTA over an EXO-FLEX™ tent?

ExoSpeedFlex outer-first pitch is optimized for rain protection during setup. X-pole inner-first suits conditions where you're setting up on varied surfaces — rock slabs, compacted snow, soft ground — and freestanding stability matters more than rain sequencing. LUNTA is the stronger choice when terrain anchoring is uncertain.

What's the weight difference between 2P and 3P?

2P: minimum 3 lb 11 oz (1.67 kg), packed to 13.8×5.5×5.5 in (35×14×14 cm). 3P: minimum 4 lb 1 oz (1.83 kg), packed to 14.2×5.5×5.5 in (36×14×14 cm) — approximately 6 oz heavier with a marginally longer pack dimension.

Are PFAS or flame retardants used in LUNTA materials?

No. All LUNTA PRO materials are non-PFAS and flame-retardant free.

Can two rectangular sleeping pads fit in the 2P LUNTA?

Two pads up to approximately 20 in (51 cm) shoulder width fit side by side. Wide-rectangular pads at 25+ in (63+ cm) should be verified against floor geometry before purchase.
