What tent lines are available at launch?

The Phase 1 lineup features the KONGAR series — our three-season and four-season shelter range built around EXO-FLEX™ pole architecture. Models span solo, two-person, and expedition configurations, covering everything from alpine-approach routes to extended basecamp use.

What is EXO-FLEX™ and why does it matter?

EXO-FLEX™ is Mobi Garden's proprietary pole hub system. The geometry is pre-bent at the junction points, which distributes load across the hub rather than concentrating stress at a single node — the failure point in conventional hub designs.

In field terms: the structure handles asymmetric wind pressure more predictably, and the pitch geometry holds its shape under sustained lateral force rather than flexing inward. It's an engineering decision, not a marketing label.
Are replacement parts available?

Replacement components — pole sections, repair sleeves, valve caps, and guylines — are available for current lineup products. Contact SUPPORT@MOBIGARDEN.COM with your product name and the part needed. We'll confirm availability and ship directly.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your return policy?

60 days from delivery. If the gear didn't perform as specified, or wasn't the right fit for your conditions — return it unused in original packaging for a full refund.

To start a return, email SUPPORT@MOBIGARDEN.COM with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Do you offer free returns?

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, we cover the return in full — no cost to you.
No restocking fees on any return.
What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?

The Mobi Garden Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship: pole failures under normal load conditions, seam separation, zipper failure, coating delamination, and valve failure on sleeping pads.

It does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, UV degradation over time, or wear accumulated through extended normal use.
Coverage applies to the original purchaser through authorized Mobi Garden channels.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Available options will be displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?

All transactions on us.mobigarden.com are processed through Shopify's encrypted payment infrastructure. We do not store card details at any point during or after checkout.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has left our facility.

How long does delivery take to the US?

Standard delivery to the contiguous US takes 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. Tracking is provided with every order so you can follow it end to end.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping to the United States only. Additional markets are planned — contact SUPPORT@MOBIGARDEN.COM to register interest for your region and we'll notify you when it goes live.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

How should I store my tent after a trip?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How do I restore the waterproof performance of my tent fly?

When water stops beading on the fly surface and starts sheeting through the fabric, the DWR coating needs refreshing — not replacing. Use a spray-on DWR treatment compatible with silicone or PU-coated fabrics, apply evenly to a clean dry surface, and heat-activate with a warm iron over a cloth or a low-heat tumble dryer cycle. This typically restores bead performance for another season.
How do I clean and store my sleeping pad?

Spot-clean the pad surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge, machine wash, or dry clean. Keep the valve area dry — moisture in the valve mechanism affects inflation performance over time. For storage, keep the pad unrolled or loosely rolled with the valve open to prevent internal pressure buildup. Compressed long-term storage stresses the baffle seams.
