All US shipments are delivered duty-paid. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you'l receive a confirmation emailwith a tracking number., Allow 24-48 hours after receiving this emailfor tracking to

with your order number.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Mobi Garden is not liable for delays or losses resultingfrom an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you need to correct an address after placing an order,contact us immediately at SUPPORT@MOBIGARDEN.COM. Address changes cannot beguaranteed once an order is in processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arives damaged, photograph the condition of the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery, We will open a
carrier claim and resolve the issue.
If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we willinvestigate with the carrier.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
