Return Eligibility
Gear purchased directly from us.mobigarden.com may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in original condition

no signs of war, dirt, or odor
Returned with all original components and packaging (stuff sack, straps, stakes, documentation)
Purchased directly from us.mobigarden.com
Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.
Hot to Return
1. Email SUPPORT@MOBIGARDEN.COM with your order number and the item(s) you wish to retur.
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return address
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RA# visibly on the outside of the box.
4. Ship via a trackable carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card provider to post
the credit.
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an iterm, initiate a return and place a new order simultaneouslNy. This is the fastest method and ensures your replacement
item remains available.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectitem, contact us within 7 days of delivery at SUPPORT@MOBIGARDEN.COM and includephotos of the issue. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
Items showing visible use, wear, or soiling
Returns initiated more than 60 days after delivery

Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders, Iterms purchased at a discount are eligible for return under
the same conditions above, unless marked Final Sale.
