KOLON Shell · 10D

Korea origin callout 10D Korean import ultra-lightweight nylon — half the thread diameter of standard backpacking shell fabric.
Down-proof. DWR coated. Glossy cire finish.

Hungarian White Down

800FP — sourced from Hungarian white geese in cold-climate conditions. Larger clusters, more
trapped air per ounce.

BoxWall™

Independent 3D box
chambers — fill held in place under compression and released to full loft geometry on opening.

PadSync™

Back panel retention points —
sleeping bag and pad lock as a unified sleep system through the night.

Cream / Ember

Cream White +
Radiant Orange — refined at camp, readable at distance in the field.

Internal Pocket

Chest-zone mesh pocket
— keeps electronics against body heat. Phones and headlamps stay functional at sub-zero
cqtemperatures.

Features

KOLON SHELL. 10D. KOREAN-MADE. LIGHTEST IN THE LINE.

10D KOLON ultralightweight nylon — half the thread diameter of the 15D shell used in the DAWA base line, imported from Korea. The high-density matrix blocks down migration without adding bulk. DWR water-repellent layer sheds light moisture and condensation. Glossy cire finish reducespack friction — faster to compress, easier to extract. At 10D, it's the lightest shell fabric in the DAWA line.

800FP HUNGARIAN WHITE GOOSE DOWN. 95% DOWN CLUSTER

Hungarian white geese are raised in colder conditions than standard down source regions — the clusters grow larger andtrap more air per ounce. At 95% down cluster content, almost the entire fill weight is active loftrather than feather shaft. Texcote™ hydrophobic treatment at the fiber level maintains loft inhumid conditions. 800 fill power. Same warmth. Less weight than lower-grade alternatives

BOXWALL™. FILL STAYS WHERE IT'S SEWN.

BoxWall™ uses independent 3D box chambers— each baffle is a sealed vault, not a flat sewn-through seam that allows fill to shift. The downdistributes evenly across every chamber, holds position under compression, and recovers to full loft geometry when the bag is opened. No migration at the seam lines. No cold spots from shifted fill.

MUMMY FIT. LESS DEAD SPACE. FASTER WARMTH.

Mummy construction minimizes interior volume — less air for the body to heat, faster warmth accumulation, lower heat loss rate. U-shaped hood drawcord adjustable around the face and back of the head. Saddle-shaped chin guard on the zipper interior prevents metal contact. Reinforced interior draft baffle runs the fullzipper length.

PADSYNC™. BAG AND PAD AS ONE.

Movement during sleep pulls the sleeping bag off the sleeping pad — body weight then contacts the bag shell directly, which transfers ground cold faster than the pad's insulation can compensate. PadSync™ integrates retention strap attachmentpoints on the back panel. The bag and pad lock as a single sleep system. You move. The contact holds.

INTERNAL MESH POCKET. ELECTRONICS SURVIVE THE NIGHT.

Lithium battery capacity drops sharply below 32°F (0°C) — a phone at -10°C can drop from full charge to dead by morning. The chest-zone internal mesh pocket keeps phones, headlamps, and battery packs against body heat through the night. At sub-zero outside, the pocket stays functional. Power at 4am when you need it most.

CREAM / EMBER. REFINED AT CAMP. VISIBLE IN THE FIELD.

Cream White primary body— clean and refined at camp. Radiant Orange side panels and hood — high-saturation visibility color, readable against snow and in low light. At camp it looks deliberate. In deteriorating conditions, the orange is readable at distance. The color choice is both.

THREE-MODE STORAGE. CORDURA® COMPRESSION.

CORDURA® compression sack for travel — the fabric withstands sustained internal pressure without the material fatigue that destroys standard stuff sacks after a season. Mesh storage bag for home — down stored compressed for months loses loft permanently; the mesh bag allows full recovery between seasons. Three configurations: mesh storage, standard compression, maximum compression.
