What's Covered

All Mobi Garden prodlucts purchased directly from us mobigarden.com carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and work-manship to the original purchaser, for the intended life of the product under normal use.

Covered defects include:

Structural failures originating from manufacturing (welded seams, framework joints, load-bearing connections)Material defects present at or near the time of purchase (delamination, valve malfunction, pole section failure)Waterproof coating failure not caused by abrasion, chemical exposure, or improper care

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase from an authorized Mobi Garden channel.

What's Not Covered

The following are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:

Punctures, cuts, abrasions, or tears caused by field use, sharp objects, or improper storage

UV degradation, fading, or material breakdown due to age and environmental exposure

Damage caused by improper setup, exceeding load ratings, or use outside the product's intended purpose

Mold, mildew, or odor resulting from storage while wet or improperly dried

Normal wear on high-friction contact points (zipper pulls, pole ferrules, fabric floors)

How to Submit a Claim

We do not require you to ship your product back to us. Claims are assessed remotely.

Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect (multiple angles)

Claim Outcomes

Warranty resolutions are determined at Mobi Garden's discretion and may include:

Replacement of the full product if the defect cannot be addressed with a component

What's the actual difference between Mountain Wing and Mountain Wing Pro?

Two primary differences: fabric and load rating. Mountain Wing Pro uses Dyneema® G-Grid at up to 1200N tear resistance; Mountain Wing uses DuroWeave™ 300D polyester at up to 600N. Load rating is 300 lbs (140 kg) for Pro vs. 250 lbs (110 kg). Frame alloy (7001), hub geometry (X-HUB), leveling system (All-Terrain, 20° per leg), seating dimensions, and packed size are identical across both.

Does Mountain Wing include ground stakes?

No. Ground stakes are included with Mountain Wing Pro only. The Mountain Wing leg-foot eyelets accept standard tent stakes for wind anchoring if needed.

Is the 250 lbs (110 kg) load rating per chair?

Yes, per chair.
