Mobigarden gear is built to perform reliably in the field. If a manufacturing defect prevents your product from doing so, we’ll make it right.
What’s Covered
Mobigarden products purchased directly from mobigarden.com or an authorized Mobigarden retailer are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage applies to the original purchaser for the intended life of the product under normal use.
Covered defects may include:
- Structural failures caused by manufacturing defects, including welded seams, frame joints, and load-bearing connections.
- Material defects present at or near the time of purchase, including delamination, valve malfunction, or pole-section failure.
- Waterproof-coating failure not caused by abrasion, chemical exposure, misuse, or improper care.
This warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase from mobigarden.com or an authorized Mobigarden retailer.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Punctures, cuts, abrasions, or tears caused by field use, sharp objects, or improper storage.
- UV degradation, fading, or normal material aging.
- Damage caused by improper setup, exceeding the product’s load limit, misuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Mold, mildew, or odor caused by storing the product while wet or otherwise storing it improperly.
- Normal wear in high-friction areas.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
How to Submit a Claim
You do not need to ship your product to us before review. Claims are assessed remotely.
- Email support@mobigarden.com with the subject line Warranty Claim – [Order Number].
- Include your order number and purchase date, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem.
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will send the appropriate replacement component or product directly to you. Unless our support team requests otherwise, you do not need to return the original product.
Claim Outcomes
Depending on the product and the issue, an approved claim may result in:
- A replacement component.
- A full product replacement.
- Store credit equal to the original purchase price if the product has been discontinued and a suitable replacement is unavailable.

Repair Services
Mobigarden does not currently offer paid repair services. For damage that is not covered by this warranty, we recommend consulting a qualified local outdoor-gear repair specialist. We will update this page if in-house repair services become available.
Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
To the extent permitted by law, Mobigarden is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Products used commercially, rented to others, or owned by anyone other than the original purchaser are not covered. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including secondhand marketplaces, are also not eligible for warranty coverage.
